Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Despite some drawbacks like the old rooms, AC issues, and a faint cigarette smell, my stay at the hotel had its positives with a great location near subway stations and an array of food options. The breakfast was delicious but limited, and the service, while somewhat rude, managed the essential tasks. Overall, it's a decent stay for the price.
For a 2-day stay, the hotel worked well although the room was a bit small. It had a stale cigarette smell despite being non-smoking and being in the basement felt cumbersome. However, the room had all necessary amenities including 2 double beds, air conditioning, a clean bathroom with plenty of towels, a TV, and a safe.
The hotel is ideally located in Long Island City, Queens, providing quick access to Manhattan. The rooms were clean and in a great location, but they were a bit small and needed some tidying up. The service was welcoming, but not highly cooperative. The convenient location near the subway was a major plus, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were decent, with a self-serve setup offering good choices. Facilities were basic but functional.
